The assignment of a commercial lease doesn't necessarily release the assignor from a lease's financial obligations. No, a landlord specifically has to sign a separate statement to the effect that the assignor is free from the obligations of the lease...and why would a landlord do that? Because he's just a really swell guy?

How the fuck has that escaped my attention all these years? :mad:#-o
 
Today I learned that Labi Siffre is gay. I have led a sheltered life. Here's an interesting article.

Labi Siffre neither had huge international hits, nor broke sensational chart records. He caused no drug or sex scandals - in fact he was with the same man for 49 years. He isn't a superstar, he is a thinking artist, an openly gay singer who has built a small cult following with works that deal squarely with homophobia and racism. In addition to his nine albums, the multi-talented Siffre has written three books of poetry and has also written for the stage.

In 1964, at the age of 19, he met the love of his life Peter John Carver Lloyd. They remained together until Lloyd's death in 2013, having entered a civil partnership in 2005, as soon as this was possible in the UK.

Not specifically today, but my boyfriend and I started courses on Spanish. We wanted to learn a new language.
 
After watching the Carolina Panthers versus the Denver Broncos game, and specifically after seeing the Denver Broncos' fullback, Andy Janovich, I learnt I should be watching more American Rules football.

I learned what an "orphaned call" (for a leveraged investment) is. We don't have exchanges that do "socialized losses" here in the U.S. -- so I had never even heard the term before. Nice to know about their existence, if there are a LOT of them, they could potentially affect price of the underlying asset.

I am taking an course on that focuses on passing the certification test for medical coding and offers a work at home practicing coding that gives you a year work experience. I took an anatomy online class and learned tons of new body parts and how cells work and now i'm learning about all kinds of different insurance and icd 10 and cpt guidelines that apply's to coding. So next time your in the doctors office or hospital i could be coding your doctor visit!

Florida medical coding jobs pay the same if not more then Jersey.

Guys in halfway houses and in drug/alcohol rehab are hot as hell.

Don't go on far trips with friends that is obsessed with Pokemon go it would be the most boring thing ever.
