You need to be REALLY screwed to listen to something like that in a loop for days.... to be screwed like... being 15 and undereducated, as was my own case :cool: :mrgreen:

^ Ghey...

Ten little characters standin' in a line,
One toddled home and then there were nine;
Nine little characters swingin' on a gate,
One tumbled off and then there were eight.
Eight little characters gayest under heav'n.
One went to sleep and then there were seven;
Seven little characters cuttin' up their tricks,
One broke his neck and then there were six.
Six little characters all alive,
One kicked the bucket and then there were five;
Five little characters on a cellar door,
One tumbled in and then there were four.
Four little characters up on a spree,
One got fuddled and then there were three;
Three little characters out on a canoe,
One tumbled overboard and then there were two.
Two little characters foolin' with a gun,
One shot t'other and then there was one;
One little character livin' all alone,
He got married and then there were none.

What's that, your autobiography?

item
color
air
diem

actually have total opposite meaning in my native language.

Item means "black" not an item/stuff

color I spell that with "k" kolor means underwear :lol:

air is "water" in my native language, so you can imagine how fucked my brain to translate those 2 for the first time, it's like saying red is green :?

Diem like from "Carpe Diem" latin expression? Diem means "silence" and from those 4, "diem" has the strongest native connotation in my mind

Barry Manilow used to play the piano for Bette Midler's stage performances.

^ Bette Midler used to sing in a gay bath house in New York City, before her career stopped being "regional" and went national/world wide. (I didn't learn this today - I learned it about forty years ago - but maybe you learned it. She sang at the Continental Baths in Manhattan. It is *POSSIBLE* that I was there when she was performing, once.)

PLAN YOUR TRIP NOW, GUYS!! Total solar eclipse is coming in just over two years, and its totality path crosses the ENTIRE United States, starting not all that far south of Kulindahr's location, and quickly traveling southeast finally crossing Charleston, S. C. as it leaves. Yes, eclipses travel WEST TO EAST, the opposite of sun or moon, because the moon is "moving slower" in the sky than the sun is. (The Moon rises about an hour later every day.) It might be hard to visualize the trigonometry of this but, yes, that's how it works.

I'm thinking that one of the best places to be is Scottsbluff, Nebraska and that's what I might try, for the PRIOR day of 20 August 2017 (for the eclipse that happens on the 21st, mid-day). There are a few seconds less totality there than over Kentucky/Tennessee where it peaks, but the altitude makes for a "Big Sky" there which might make it a little more spectacular. That's due to the air, and therefore its water vapor as well, being less dense - you actually routinely see very distant clouds all the way to the horizon there, which is *NEVER* possible in Illinois.

It's actually a little bit north of Scottsbluff where the center of totality is (Alliance gets almost a minute more).

I also figure it's safer being situated there than (say) in Tennessee where the weather *could* be overcast for the entire 300 to 400 miles in both directions. (Hey, I mean there could actually be remains of a hurricane clouding over a huge region or something.) If Scottsbluff is overcast, it's probably possible to drive to somewhere like North Platte or Casper for a guarantee of cloudless sky, but mid-day overcast in the middle of August is rather uncommon in that region anyway.

It's very interesting that it travels over FIVE state capitals in the U. S.
