What I Am Grateful For Today

* I'm grateful that I wake up every morning and am able to swing my legs off the bed, stand up and walk to where ever I want.
* I'm grateful to realize that many people are not so lucky.
* I'm grateful that I live in a beautiful part of the country, and having a Mom that financially allowed me to do so...
* I'm grateful to have a handful of true friends that somehow manage to put up with my never-ending bullshit and still choose to hang around me..
*I'm grateful for choosing to be a Hospice nurse, that has shown me to appreciate the time I have left on this planet.
* In a related concept, I'm grateful I chose a career that has helped me as much as it helps my patients in their final days.
* Finally, I'm grateful that while my life is no cake walk, I've been lucky enough to find my niche in life where I belong.

I feel soooooo much better today! I feel way less sick, and i'm getting the medicine I needed, plus I found out i'm getting the apartment I wanted! I'm moving soon, cannot be any faster, i'm grateful for the complete turnaround from how I was doing yesterday :)

Good to hear you are recovering, I hope your sickness will be over very soon. And great you can soon move to this appartment. Does that mean that you will start to live by yourself? That sounds great!

Take care & have a nice weekend.

Not to catalog ills but the ataxia, myalgia, and myopathy are ALL easing up today. Very grateful for that. Lots of rain so everything is in bud and the pond is about as high as can do. No idea when back to work, if ever. God today is gorgeous: sunny + 54°F. PERFECT.

I'm grateful for finally having a functioning washer and dryer at home for the first time in about two or three weeks, and grateful that I've got some time to do a ton of laundry over the next few days. :)

I'm grateful for my friends and family that hate the thought of my being upset.

I'm grateful for some good music, and JUB.... what better way to spend an afternoon after a long week?

I'm grateful that, in spite of the fact I'm a total cunt, my close friends love me and let me know it. (ww)

I am grateful for the years that I had with my BF.

Another gorgeous day. New meds kept me awake so I sounded and listened to the loons. The new dog is woking out very well. Pain level low. Happiness.

It's a quiet day, and that's nice. Joswanprince helped me with a project. I am grateful to help others using my life experience (but wish I were as articulate as Hard-up1).

I'm grateful for having my trip to San Diego booked.
I'm grateful for a lazy Sunday when I have nothing to do but fix album artwork on my iTunes. Not sure why I like doing this so much, but I do.
And I'm grateful for taking time to wonder what I should have for lunch.

In a place where we see so many stories about hateful parents,I am grateful for having a mom who rejected the teachings of her church and has always been nothing but supportive to my and my boyfriend and loves me no matter what.

Do you have a camera of some sort, palbert? I would be grateful if you posted a picture of your pond...

one of my friends died because of blood cancer two weeks ago at the age of 24...
I've had a chronic pain in my stomach; because of my friend's death, many years of smoking and watching Breaking Bad!(

) I was so afraid of getting cancer...today I found out I was wrong & there's nothing wrong with me, seems stupid ! but I'm happy now! I think I can't give up smoking even after my death!
