yeah but would you really want your gut cut open though. any form of surgery which involves opening you up is going to be painful. worst yet, i don't think they put you to sleep before they do it.
 
In my vodka whiskey fueled mind I remember reading a article on this where scientist (most likely the kind that would perform the human centipede) focused on the upper portion of the intestinal track and when the baby was C sectioned the man would die like in Alien. It was a one time host.

If men could get pregnant, then I think it would take the fun out of having sex with men knowing you will not have to worry about the partner being pregent afterwards.
