What if you were born last man on earth, but you're gay?

This is far and away the most depressing end-of-world scenario I've ever read.

How would an exclusively homosexual orientation develop and manifest without other people of the same sex with whom to manifest? How would you even know? Yes, you'd have yourself as an example of maleness, but of sexual attraction? You might find yourself sexually stimulating, but so does anyone who figures out how to stimulate himself (or herself), it doesn't necessarily follow that one could love oneself, but one does have the impulse to love. The mind boggles.

I suspect that the scenario would play itself out in complete ignorance. The lone male would be sought for breeding purposes and would more than likely acquiesce to breeding; he would probably never understand the concept of sexual attraction as an element of breeding, since he won't feel attracted to his partners; at the same time, he would feel a yearning for something else and not even know what it is, since there is no other object for that yearning nor any information that would help him understand it.

Depressing.

Say your parents conceived you and your father died before you were born, in a universe were pictures don't exist, or at least not of other men. no drawings, depictions, porn, paintings, photographs. nothing.
and you were born as one of those 100% gays in a world full of all the women we have in this world. how do you suppose this scenario would theoretically play out?

I'd probably be kept in a top-secret government underground laboratory, where I'd be milked by a machine (a bit like they milk cows) all day and all night (whether I wanted to or not and whether I was sedated for convenience or not).

The sperm would then be frozen while the UN would be fiercely debating the Resolution On XY Sperm Distribution.

People (women) would take to the streets rioting because they thought they were entitled to children.

Instead, most of them would have robots that looked like children.

I think if you were the only man in existence then there would be no concept of gay. You wouldn't enjoy heterosexual sex but I think your mindset would be "Wow these women seem to like this - but it doesn't do anything for me." I think you would still do it because there would be no alternative and you wouldn't think it was odd. The idea of "another guy" would be completely foreign to you so you would never consider the idea of sex with another guy.

If I was the last man on earth and I was born gay, I think I'd just realize that it was a blatant command from a higher source (call it whatever you want, whether a religious proper noun or "fate" or whatever) that the Earth has had enough of the human race, and Mother Nature has decided to comb the vermin out of Her hair, lol.

In other words, I doubt that I'd make any effort to be a babymaker.
