What is a good way to get abs while losing body fat at the same time?

A lot of great advice on here!!. However, if you still don't get them, don't be upset. Sometimes, its just not in your genes. I can't get a six pack its just the way my body is...
I went on an extremely clean diet and got down to 6% body fat (a bit extreme, but it was for a photoshoot and it was temporary) and I was striated and ripped, but alas everything looked great but no defined abs or six pack. I had the top most two that were defined...just nothing more than a flat belly button.
I'm not going to go lower than that ever (as far as body fat) and plan on staying around 10 -12% but have just come to the realization that I won't have the text book six pack. But that's OK. I'd rather be fit for me and my future than just for the sole purpose of showing off a washboard...
Though it would've been nice, now its just about kicking ass. ;)
 
Be careful of the sit ups. A large belly acts like a fulcrum, pulling on the low back muscles. Don't try to go to far forward, if you do them.
