This is a question that will never be answered. I've actually seen very straight guys kiss right on the mouth at Superbowl parties. I played football all through junior high and high school. To explain it, there are some who are doing it to genuinely be funny and mocking homosexuals blah blah etc. However, a larger majority are doing it to make it appear to others that they are being funny and mocking, using the sarcastic humor as a ruse for quote one above.

Before my roomie became more comfortable with hanging in the nude together, he would often wear sweats or pajama bottoms with no underwear, letting the outline of his thick cock be prominently on display all the time.
