about 15 min later they closed off the bathroom and a lady with a mop kept going in and out

me and the guy I was with overheard the chick in the kitchen ask the chick with the mop whats wrong...

the chick with the mop responded... blood and cum everywhere.. its all over the toilet seat and the dispenser in the mens washroom

Well, my opinion is just the opposite. I've seen quite a few Canadians that are not attractive to me in the least bit. In fact, I would say I've seen more unattractive Canadians than attractive ones. I guess my perception of Canadians is marred because the ones I have had the displeasure of coming across have been anti-American!!! That within itself, I guess, is what turns me off to them.

I think it is safe to say that most Canadians are not anti-American when it comes to the general public.
We do, however, have strong opinions regarding your government's mishandling (that is being kind) of the Iraq situation... and the general arrogance displayed by many of our neighbours to the south towards other countriues in the world.

Well, I never said that most Canadians are. I said that from my experience the Canadians that *I* have had the displeasure of coming across have been anti-American. And their anti-Americanism had nothing to do with the way Americans are handling the war in Iraq. The ones I have come across don’t like the American culture as a whole or the American people for that matter. Now, is that true for the general public of Canada? To be honest I don’t know. I’m not Canadian. But if you were to meet the Canadians that I have met you would get the impression that most of them feel that way about America. I’ve also heard that the media outlets in Canada are bias against America and their very anti-American in their broadcastings. So, I guess what can we expect Canadians to believe about America when their constantly being fed with bias media information? Is that true? I don’t know!! Again, I’m not Canadian! You’re from Canada so maybe you can fill me in on this… And as far as, regarding my country’s government’s mishandling of the Iraq war is concerned (and if that’s your nice way of putting it, please don’t censor yourself, be honest and upfront on how you feel) I whole heartily agree. Not all Americans support our governments handling in the Iraq war. Some of us never wanted to go into Iraq in the first place!! And as far as the arrogance is concerned I can say the same thing about those same countries. They feel a sense of pride for their country as well. And frankly I don’t find that to be arrogant at all, to be proud of where you come from, and to cherish what means to you is a beautiful thing IMO. I actually find it admirable. You should be proud of your own country and where you come from. And if you’re not proud of it you should be the change in your own country that you want to see. I know America is not perfect. We have our issues just like any other country, but I truly feel, (from the impression that I have gotten from Canadians thus far) that they have strong hatred towards America and the “American way of life.” And it has very little to do with the Iraq war if anything. I hope this isn’t true, but from my experiences that is the only conclusion I can come to.

Interesting. I am curious as to how you have met these Canadians and what part of our country did they come from. I am the first to admit that our way of life here is very much like it is in the U.S. and heavily influenced by the American way of life. I actually take pride in the fact that the U.S. is our neighbour, but that doesn't stop me from voicing my opinions or concerns about what happens south of our border.

The media outlets in Canada are not anti-American, but they certainly don't beat the drum for American flag-waving propoganda like the CNN's and Fox News's of the world.

As for being proud of one's country... I agree with you. I am proud to
be a Canadian and you should be proud to be an American. However, I think some Americans have a particularly narrow view of the world, not realizing that is is a big world out there.

Education, of course, is the key. Hopefully the next government in the U.S. will take the necessary steps to make sure that every American is entitled to a good education - regardless of race, color, or creed.

Perhaps we are hijacking the thread a bit here, blueto21? Afterall, it is supposed to be about how wonderful looking we are here in Canada :p
