Here's something I spotted on Kijiji; I have no idea why such a thing even exists. It's a fake clock with painted on hands!
Oh, and it also has IIII instead of IV... but in this case it doesn't matter as much since the damn thing isn't even a real clock.

Its considered a piece of art.

That isn't particularly uncommon. Here's a screen cap of a Google search with 18 clock faces. Eight of them are 'IIII':

Surprising that IIII is "somewhat" common on clocks, but nowhere else.

Good spot on the 6 minutes in the OP, though - I stared at it for ages and didn't spot it.

I spotted it in less than :10 and that's because I had to think on, and go ahead and, enlarge the image to see the painted-on seconds markers. I suspected exactly this as soon as I could see nothing else wrong with the clock.

I WILL say that it is correct twice a day, though.

A clock in the U. S. (except in Arizona or Hawai'i) which has a painted face showing the time as [1: something], though, can be correct THREE times on the date that Daylight Time is turned back.

My geekiness on display.
