Hi guys. I am new here, this is my first post. I want to know what is the best and worst thing to happen to you in 2011?
With me the best thing was getting my BBA in Accounting this past spring. (!)It took me 5.5 years to finally get it, and I was thinking I would never graduate. But I graduated, now if only I can find a job. lmao.

The worst thing is my grandmother passing away from cancer in january, she never even got a chance too see me walk the stage, but I know she was there in spirit. I love and miss her so much. :cry:

Best thing that happened to me in 2011, hmmm, probably getting out of a job I absolutely despised and into a job I tolerate daily :badgrin:

Worst thing that happened in 2011, I can't really think of anything, it's not been a terribly horrific year, more a beige meh of a year.
 
Best: Got a ridiculously well paid job.

Worst: Spent 9 weeks in total on crutches, after breaking my left foot, then my right.
 
worst: losing my Rolex and having to buy a new one.

Best: Getting fucked by Ross Hurston and Matt Hughes outside of porn. Very lucky chance: once in a lifetime.
 
The best thing to happen to me was finally making my peace with my ex.....we've both found our happy places, and have begun to enjoy a casual, non-sexual friendship. Neither one of us is ruling out a relationship together. I am learning to trust him again...

The worst thing to happen was catching whooping cough at the end of May, and not shaking it off until the middle of July! It made for a very uncomfortable end to my school year, and start of my summer break.....

For me it would be this years JUB Meet...

BEST -- because I had worked as co-host all year to plan it and look forward to it...

WORST -- because I lost a very good friendship during the meet...
 
Best: My partner and I were legally married in a church on Mar 26

Worst: I'm estranged from my brother which has caused tension in our family
 
Best: Moved to Chicago!

Worst: Can't think of much. Was a good year!
 
Best: My mom not dying from a heart attack.

I don't have a worst because there were a lot of crappy things that happened.
 
Best: Got a raise

Worst: Car needing more than $1000 in repairs
 
unfortunatly 2011 both emcompassed my horrible stint in florida, where i moved, intending to actually live down there, but moved back after a month.

Best: landing back in jersey and seeing my mom and gram
Worst: the last few days i was in florida.
 
Worst : Seeing my mum's struggle with kidney failure, and then losing her.

Best: Teaching, learning, making, creating, doing, chatting, and being with my bairn. Being there for him has been the best thing, even when he says awkward stuff in public. Like the other day at the sales when we walked through the lingerie dept from the men's dept towards the escalator. 'Daddy, look, those are called knickers hahahah!' at the top of his voice, 'Shhhhhh!' I shushhed as I scarpered dragging him along....
 
Best: backpacking to India
Worst: rejected by my local university despite having one of the top score in the state due to racial quota.
 
Best: Passing my thesis proposal and completing a very reputable internship in my field of choice, which may result in paid work this spring.

Worst: It's hard to choose. This year was rough.
