Ok people, there is something that has been bugging me for some time, and today seems like the perfect day to let off steam. Basically, I get messages from people whose profile stated that they were looking for women. They decided to message me and propositioned me to have sex with them.

Now here is the catch: "I'm discreet" and "I'm 'straight', I just like to get my dick sucked and my ass rimmed." That really got me pissed.

How can someone be "straight" when they are offering sex and like getting their genitals serviced by another man? Man, this people really are in denial!

There is an obsession for some gay men to sleep with straight men. Maybe they say that to make themselves seem more appealing to those gay men already stated. They could be in denial as you said. I think those guys are just highly paranoid someone from their family, or work will find their profile and recognize them so they SAY they're straight for appearances. They're closet cases.

Taking sites like Cam4 for example I actually stumbled across a guy I know in the real world on there one night doing his business. His profile said he was straight and in the US. He's not, he's gay as a cucumber and in Sydney. He changed his stats because Str8 guys earn more tokens from the gay audience.

Perhaps the guys who are messaging you saying they want a discrete blow job or rim job think they have a better change at getting something for nothing - I note none of them said they'd reciprocate - if the guy on his knees doing all the work thinks they're straight.
