I thought the family guy skit with the quartet was excellent. Gosh, when they go into "not just HIV but full blown AIDS" I just lost it.

Insensitive? probably. But a lot of the jokes that are said are, such as the ones we often see here about guys like Pat Robertson for example (and of course Family Guy went after him in that YouTube video above).
