The only sea food I'm willing to eat (occasionally) is Tuna, shrimp, calamari, and imitation crab.

I voted "fish" because it catches the most things I love, particularly salmon, tilapia, white tuna, red snapper, trout, catfish, cod... the list goes on and on, the entire superclass osteichthyes (bony fish) is cordially invited to my plate. Chondrichthyes, though, not so much (shark, ray, etc). In general, I like most seafood, though I can live without calamari and am not wild about abalone. And I can't stand cooked oysters (love them raw, though). Sadly, I cannot eat lobster, crab, or crayfish (not on your list), though they taste divine: segmented crustaceans give me explosive diarrhea.

I picked fish but its really tied for all of them except octopus and oysters. Fish is the easiest one to get prepared right. I do love good calamari, but if its not so fresh or prepared badly its rubbery and not so good tasting.

shrimp BUT i love that crab and lobster meat though. not from maryland but crab cakes are the shit. thanks to the tv show the wire for putting me on to that.

Wild salmon, fried clams/flounder, shrimp, lobster, sea scallops.

That's hard.. I eat all of it--excluding octopus, and that's only because I've yet to try it--so All of them?

Fish.

Fresh herring, cleaned, on the bone, cured for a couple of days with a liberal sprinkling of salt. Washed off excess salt, place on a dish, sprinkle with julienned ginger, drizzled with oil, and steamed for 10-12 minutes.

Like manna from Heaven :luv2:

You just have to try it. Since it is a blend, there is no one spice it tastes like, but it is salty and slightly hot in large quantities.

Is it just for seafood or is it for other things as well? Anyways I'll look for it next time I go shop.

The sailors in Long Beach and San Diego used to pretty appetizing in the old days. Nowadays I have to settle for the sailors at Everett when the Stennis comes back to port.
