Rottweilers.

My brother had one. The dog loved him, but HATED me. I'd pet him, call him good dog. He'd snarl.

Probably beagles. They are good hunting dogs, and companions, but I hate the sound of their yodels.

I love all dog breeds. :luv2:

But I hate that some are bred to have brachycephalic, squashed-in, faces that prevent them from breathing properly, stunted legs, elongated backs, and other freakish elements. I also utterly despise those breeders/owners who have their dogs surgically disfigured by having their ears cropped and their tails docked purely for cosmetic reasons. :grrr:

Schnauzers, Cocker Spaniels, and English or Irish Setters. Nothing wrong with these dogs' temperament, I just don't find them especially cute or aesthetically appealing.

Nothing wrong with them, they just don't appeal to me.

And those toy breeds that always shake. What's up with that? I have enough anxiety, I don't need it channeled through my dog.

Yea. Some of those small dogs get stressed pretty easily.

I certainly don't gravitate to the small, shaky, yapping dogs. Probably because I don't get them.

But dogs are pretty much like people.

Even with some of the least liked breeds I have ended up making good friends with individual puppers.

I always wanted a frenchie or a husky but after seeing them on Instagram, no thank you

It's always a bad upbringing that makes any dog intolerable. A relative's dogs are unbearable - they bark incessantly, fight among themselves, crap in the house, bite some people, jump up on others....
And the owner thinks this is all too delightful. I won't visit anymore.
