Gay--but functionally asexual in the past, present, and probably future. Given this reality, I sometimes wish the gay part would sort of go away...

That was more or less my reasoning in wanting to check two boxes.

After all, if all you do to qualify as gay is think about it, then what's the relevance of orientation if it is not consequential? After all, there are infinitely more straight incels than gay. So, in the final reckoning, they (we) look completely alike from 30,000 ft.

This is really at the core of the unspoken reality that is the gay identity crisis. When it was all propositional, and future change, there existed a "gay lifestyle," and supposed collective identity, often depicted in tropes. Now that gay rights have progressed further, what is undeniably true is that there IS no gay lifestyle, no common set of political views, or religious, and that gays are as diverse as straights. This poses a problem for gay pundits, as it represents a lack of an identity, and as such, invalidates some self-appointed spokesmen for the gay population.

We prefer men. We support equal rights for gays. Beyond that, we don't share necessarily much else.

Back in the day they used to say "Gay, bi, lesbian, it doesn't matter. Sex is a small part of what makes a person."

Now it's 'LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT ME! I FUCK COOKWARE! THAT'S WHO I AM! LOOK AT ME!!!"
:rotflmao:

Unsatisfied... disconnected... repressed in its pulsions by and from the outside... conditions... acting "upon" my demanding needs.

You just need a good back rub and to spoon after.

Hilarious indeed.
Needless to say, I believe in the two sexes, not in gender. Gender is a social construct.
"The Two Sexes" is a [pseudo]scientific [pseudo]construct: the act that you "believe" in them is a further construct added on it.

Biology itself has proven there are more than two sexes.

I'm a Kinsey 6 gay man. So, i'm a gold star gay. I always been into men and i will always be only into men.

Does anybody knows a link to watch the episodes 3 and 4 of the Janet Jackson Tell All Documentary that came out earlier this year?
Like many people, i dont have Lifetime or Hulu. Somebody sent a link for the 123movies streaming site. But, theres only the first 2 episodes. There must be a free streaming site who have the last 2 episodes somewhere. Do you know where i could watch the last 2 episodes ?

Here’s an interesting article on the subject of categorizing sexuality.

On Hyper-Personalized Sexual Identity

By Kravitz Marshall

Thanks for this! I've been thinking about this issue for a long time. While I like precision, there are times when it's less important than other considerations. I like the term "micro-identities" and the concept of having "wiggle room" in a label -- having many options for expression within a particular label. There are things I don't like about the "bisexual" box, but I'm clearly residing in it (sort of a Kinsey 5, partnered with a man).
From the article:
Many people think LGBTQ liberation is achieved when people have a plethora of options to choose from to perfectly fit their being, but this is nothing more than capitalist market logic: “more options for the consumer = happier consumer” (which isn’t actually true).

Those who adopt lesser-known or newer sexual identity terms because they view “standard” orientation terms as “boxes” actually just choose to sit inside boxes that more closely resemble their body. …It’s often unhealthy to hyper-analyze your sexuality… and can leave them worried over if they’re in the “right” category, which is enough of a problem with labels with significant wiggle room.

Having a plethora of specific atomized sexualities discourages broad alliances and forming solidarity over shared experiences. Instead, it forces people to over-analyze themselves and focus on how they’re different from others rather than what they have in common with them. …It distracts us from the broad movements we need to make a significant change to oppressive systems.

Tell us more. What are the other sexes and how has this been proven by human biology?
Seriously?

Intersex people abound in the world.

Spend some time researching this. You will learn a lot.
