So my mom told me the other day to fill the steam mop when I could. I looked at it, didn't know how to, so I let it be.

She told me again to fill the steam mop when it wasn't filled and I told her I didn't know how, and she went on some tirade about what kind of man doesn't know how to fill a steam mop (or in general, tinker with appliances). I told her what kind of woman doesn't know how to fill a steam mop lol, and she told me to shut up.

I am Viet, 21 btw.

I mean geez, doesn't she realize I don't aspire to be all things manly? What if I asked what kind of mom cooks god awful shit?

Sorry for the banality, I just had to rant.
 
Rant all you want to, I don't even know what a steam mop is (though I can guess) so you're one step ahead of me.
 
uh...yea....what's a steam mop? I'm Viet and I have no idea what you are referring to.
 
That's what I'm saying... She gets mad at me for not doing the dishes too. But I'm really most mad about the "you're not a man" part.

The "you're not a man" part would kind of get on my nerves too. Not that your comment was the most innocent either, though. :D
 
Eh, the cooking comment is just in my head in case... Unless you're talking about the what kind of woman can't fix a steam mop... well she started it :p
 
Also for the record, I take out the trash, I cut the grass, I get the mail, I fix her PC, I buy groceries, I loan her thousands in cash... But she wants me to be the house bitch because I'm unemployed... As if lol.
