Be honest with yourself, realistic and confident in your decisions. If you want something bad enough, do your best to get out there and go get it. NOTHING will ever come to you without any work. Life is hard and the more you put into it, the greater your chances are of getting something back in return.

I think you should do whatever you enjoy or have a talent in.

You could always marry a Billionare sugar daddy lol

i dont think you should choose a career by what we think , imo i think you should just get a part time job until you are ready to begin a career that you are ready for and really want , I can remember last year the final year of high school i had no idea of what i wanted to do but know i am halfway through my nursing course and hope to go on to do my registered nursing , time will let you know what you want in l;ife

i'm an all or nothing type of person and my career is gonna be my life. but i'm so eclectic i can't decide.

Acaemic Librarian!! thats the one for you!! it's great! you get to do whatever research you want!! can't get more eclectic than that!!

why let someone else decide for you. look at your aptitude and decide for yourself and remember we usually do more than one job in our life

I probably know you better than most (if not all) of the people who responded, and based on what you've said to me in the past (and your little obsessions/hobbies lol) I voted bartender. You like being in a bar type setting and with your personallity you will do great.

Aside from liking the bar setting, being a bar tender will enable you to move away from nothingville and to an actual city (St. Louis, Springfield, KC) where there are people (gay ones lol).

Be a bar tender for now. You're very young, you have your whole life to get serious and be a boring accountant or teacher (no offense to anyone).

Good Luck @ce.

i suggest being a stripping accountant who serves drinks on the side while teaching pre-schoolers how to write songs like a rockstar.

thanxs, for your advice eveyone! ..|
I probably should've stated this earlier, but all of the occupations I listed are ones that I've seriously considered, and in starting this thread hoped that you guys would give me insight, and opinions, which many of you have done:D! and I shall be 4ever grateful (*8*) :D

Accountant:

(To quote Monty Python yet another time)

Vocational Guidance Councillor: Well chartered accountancy is rather exciting isn't it?
Mr. Anchovy: Exciting? No it's not. It's dull. Dull. Dull. My God it's dull, it's so desperately dull and tedious and stuffy and boring and des-per-ate-ly DULL.

Rockstar:

Bah, too tedious.

I'll just comment on my choice.

Come to Canada and become a stripper.

Just know this, we don't have dollar bills so I hope you're comfortable with me slipping a couple dozen loonies into your G-String.

For those non-Canadian members, or imperfects:p, this is a loonie:
