I was at Kroger's yesterday, they had pot roast on sale, buy one, get one free.

I watched as 6-8 members of the same group of mid- easterners surrounded the meat counter with carts and blocked others from getting in.
There was a limit of 4, so 2 or 3 would go and pay while empty carts were brought in by others in this group, the lady who worked in the meat department was surrounded by them as she brought more roasts out.

She brought out 3 fresh bins of this meat and this same group kept putting 4 in a cart and heading for the check out.

A lady in her 60's wanted some but couldn't get near it, I got the employees attention and she had to bring this shopper some to keep the "group" from taking it.

I spoke with a manager about this, she told me that the employee, an older woman has ended up in the hospital from being knocked to the floor by the mid-eastern crowd.

What the hell is wrong with these folks? Is this why there is always some conflict over there?
Have they no manners?

I don't do business with stores that don't maintain orderly check-outs or service desks. The fault is with the store, for allowing riffraff to treat a customer that way. The store is the one with the power to kick out the lowlifes.

I have encountered all kinds of rude and crude people. The folks of the mid east make it a family thing at this Kroger store. They organize to keep others from getting to what they want, the store has limits and the management told me that this particular group will
use every trick that they can to break the rules.

The holiday stampede is encouraged by these stores, people sleeping outside waiting for the doors to open is ridiculous.

I find this a bit different than a clan of people blocking others from buying food. I expect some madness and stupidity if I go Christmas shopping, but, to hoard food is sick.
I have seen them when milk is on sale, a grocery cart loaded with gallon jugs, bought at $1.95 per gallon and on its way to their party store to be sold at $4.95 per gallon.

It is not the America that I grew up in.

I have little doubt that the capitalists have fit the description that you give, but, I do remember a time in America when one did their shopping on Saturday as the stores were closed on Sunday. I am sure it had something to do with religion at one time, but it was more of an attitude that we all needed to take a day off when I was a boy.

Even on my first full time job at McDonalds we posted a sign that said we would be closed on Christmas day, or Thanksgiving or Easter
so our employees could spend time with their families.

America has indeed become far more greedy, at least the rich have.

But we digress, my thread was about a group of people organizing in a store to keep others from products on sale. I have dealt with them in the past, they load a cart with pop (on sale) and pay for it then run it out to their car and throw (I watched) it in to the car so they can go back and get another load.
I was in my car watching as I had just parked, they slammed their fucking door into my vehicle and never flinched, they have no manners or etiquette.

I have never seen another ethnic group act in such a way, say what you will, maybe an individual asshole or a mob at some store opening, but, again, it's not planned out by a family/clan/group as it is with these darlings of the mid-east.

It is the culture that they bring with them, I don't care about their skin color, religion or national origin. The word is acclimate.
Don't bring your rude customs into an American store and expect people to not notice.

If you want to run a party store that's fine, buy your shit wholesale, don't pilfer the fucking shelves so you can sell to folks who by in large are unable to get to a supermarket.

Don't scare little old ladies away from the meat counter or put employees in the hospital.

The management tells me that it is a bunch of party store owners, all of mid eastern decent that do this, perhaps they don't act like this in the mid east because they know that they would be in deep shit if they did.

This is entirely true. I have never seen it in my small experiences of the middle east, and I asked my partner about this (he lived in Jordan for close to ten years, while also working and visiting all the countries of the middle east) and he agreed this wasn't typical of Middle Eastern people.

It sounds like it was a cheap family, trying to get the most out of a deal - not a middle eastern thing, rather a cheap 'I want it all' western thing.
