What the heck IS Sizemeat anyway?

It is a Mrs. Patrick Campbell sockpuppet term.

Supposed to be a clever/brilliant oh so gay way of saying that the cock is between 7 inches and 9 inches. Anything less, if memory serves me right is tinymeat and everything over is hugemeat.
