What I saw was him getting hit HARD in his groin and belly, which could cause two things:
knocking the breath out of him, which is an awful feeling, and getting walloped in the nuts, which is a worse feeling.
You'll notice how he drops his pillow and doubles over. The second he's doubled over, the other guy hits him on the back of the head HARD with that pillow, enough to knock him down on his face. That's the equivalent of being kicked when you're down. At that point, after a nutshot and bash to the head, the guy is pretty much helpless. Then they start laughing.
I totally understand his reaction - he's crying and furious at the same time. I would be, too. And those aren't ordinary pillows. From the sound they're making, they're like heavy stuffed couch cushions and probably weigh about four or five pounds apiece. It's wonder they didn't totally knock him out or break his neck with that head blow.
