What the HELL is going on with North Korea?!!

Kim Jong II, in the best of times, was a friggin' nut job.

Since his stroke last August, he has lost what precious little was left of his rational mind.

It's scary to think that just one person can be responsible for such far-reaching consequences, but that's exactly what's going on.

He needs to be taken out.

Kim Jong Il is an insane alcoholic. It probably contributed to his stroke, or caused it. There is no rationality to what he does and he is likely to do anything. He is a threat to the entire world.

Old story from CNN:
Dr. Post, in his study of the Korean dictator, says Kim Jong Il also loves to drink a certain Hennessey cognac that sells for $630 a bottle in Korea. "He is the largest customer over the last 10 years, averaging between $650,000 and $720,000 a year in purchases -- while the average [North] Korean earns only about $900 a year."

dude, i KNOW the US is going to interfere and play world police and take it upon themselves to take care of the situation. they've done it for decades.

i'm saying they SHOULDN'T. they're in a category 5 economic shitstorm that isn't even remotely close to being straightened out. they have a debt and deficit that's skyrocketing out of control with no foreseeable way to pay it down.

they should let china and japan deal with their neighbour. they are MORE than capable. more so than the US.
You shouldn't expect stupid impossible things. That's all I'm saying: if the USA didn't get involved and let other powers deal with everything that can end up concerning "their own house", then the USA wouldn't be the USA anymore  Get it now?,

Well, isn't it fascinating that we are witnessing the first stages of the transformations that will give birth to the real 21st century?
It's like when people before the Great War and the Russian Revolution believed that they were living already in the XXth century.

If we kill him, it will make a 'saint' and 'martyr' out of him to most of the N. Korean people.

That's not good, they'll just rise up again.

Real life is like playing a game of Risk, it's hard to decide what to do.

I'm amazed that Goggle earth photos of North Korea show that most of the people there have no lights at night. They sit in the dark.

It's my sneaking suspicion that they are jealous and envious of 'greedy Americans' and they want some revenge.

Those feelings combined with nuclear weapons is NOT a good thing.
