Ok, let me start off by saying I'm not completely out of the closet, a few people know... Anyways- my friend wants to take me to a gay club, nothing crazy (I'm assuming??) she still thinks I'm straight~~ or at least we joke about me taking dicks on a regular basis (we're incredibly close so it's really not that serious)

Annnyywwaayyss, I've talked to some people on what I should wear to a gay club and its all different so I'm coming here for some real advice! I mean I'm about 6' and pretty skinny, the majority of my closet is skaterish clothing kind of??? So yeah, I just don't know what exactly you would wear to a gay club, I've never been to a club in general, and the only idea I have of one is what I've learned from QAF.

So yeah, what do I wear??? Googling only gets me so far and there are very little Yahoo Answers that say anything besides "clothing"... So here I am on JUB, first thread post, long time lurker (loonnngggggg trust me).

So help a new~~ gay out? :P
 
Lol, there are no rules. Do you wanna get attention? (even if you don't intend to hook up with a guy) If so, then wear whatever you think makes you look sexy. Play your strengths, and you'll be fine. Having good instinct on clothing is key for a gay guy ;)
 
Jeans that fit really well with a nice v-neck t shirt paired with a cool necklace and bracelet (made of string or leather is cool). Skater look is fine just make sure its a little tighter so it shows off your slim tone. If it's chilly at night, put on a nice short jacket over your look and pull up your sleeves. Have fun!
 
^ Yep. He knows what he's talking about: dark jeans that fit well (not baggy) with a v-neck t shirt plus a confident attitude to have fun.
 
How about just normal clothes, does not take a rocket scientist to figure that out. Your not going to a wedding, funeral.

Don't try to being someone your not, dress in something that says this is me, take it or leave it. Your not there to impress people, unless your one of those people that is all into himself and thinks there gods gift to men. You'l be dropped like flies on shit. Just be you

FYI, By V-neck T-shirt, I don't mean an undershirt that comes three to a pack. I mean a Calvin Klein solid grey dressy T-shirt that is meant to be worn with jeans or slacks. Have fun!

This is rocket science to me, tyvm. I like to look nice and when someone says, "Oh wear whatever." That always freaks me out cause I either come underdressed or too dressed up.

But ANYWAYS- It looks like I should pretty much wear a nice, tight V neck lol. I bought some new jeans theyre dark levi's, got some new black Vans as well. But yeah. Thanks for the tips and stuff guys! :kiss:

and Lastly- about the V, should I just get a solid colored one? Are stripes out or something? I've been hearing people talk about not wearing thick striped shirts so hmm, plus I dont want to wear a black V and I'm dark skinned (like tanned brown) and white always makes my nips show bad :( maybe a dark red.. We'll see. Also, when I go to the club should I really watch my drink and stuff? Like for people roofy'ing, is that still a thing??? :confused:

If you want a V-neck, try a lighter color. Not super bright that will make you glow-in-the-dark, just lighter. The dark Levi's will make the light shirt pop, and the light shirt will make you're tanned skin more noticeable...and natural tans are hot (this is coming from a tan Puerto Rican btw). What's your favorite color? Try that.

IMO it doesn't matter whether it's solid-colored, thin- or thick-striped. Also IMO what's "in" or "out" doesn't matter either. If you look good in what you're wearing and feel good with what you're wearing, then just fucking rock it! People will notice style and confidence. Good luck and have fun!
 
CORRECT! DO NOT let your drink out of your sight! If you have to go to the bathroom, finish your drink first then go. Or make sure you go to the bathroom first before you order your next drink. Take your drink with you when you dance.

If you leave your drink on the table unattended, some people may think it's a trash cup and spit their chewing gum in it.
