galaxy note 2. My first Samsung phone and so far I love it.

At the risk of running a cheesy joke does the size bug you? I got the S III, I really like it, but work said they'd spiff for a Note II. I was just curious if the thing fits in your pocket, etc.

It's too big to throw out your old regular sized phone.

Unless maybe you always have a bag or a purse on you.

this thread is making me mad. everybody has a smart phone except for me. i still have this weak ass phone since 2009. its a step up from a flip phone except i can open it up where it has a text pad for texting. it's all good though. i only use my phone to text and call anyways.

i have no idea what type of phone it is or what it is called. it's an lg something. it looks like it's been through it all but it still hasn't killed itself yet. i hope it doesn't or i'm assed out. i have NO money to afford another phone and it has no insurance either.

You always think you don't need a smart phone and that a regular one is enough...

Until you have owned one and then you never go back.

why are you telling me this for? you don't think i know that? do you need to add insult to injury? the phone is outdated as it is. ya think i need to be reminded that i have a weak ass phone or how embarrassed i am when i have to pull out my phone in public or hear people go like "damn" when i tell them how old my phone is.

just kidding around with you.

I was worried about that forever tbqh. Then Bestbuy had a demo version with a battery in it and no leash attached. after having it in my front chest pocket on the jacket i had and in my pants pocket I realized it was actually less bulky than my BB torch. I honestly dont think i will go back to a smaller phone unless they stop making a large version. That however seems unlikely with the popularity.

My only bitch is power but i spend all my days next to one power source or another so it doesn't matter. They appear to have lowered screen res to extend battery life in Note II.

I've got a Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Had a Motorola Droid RAZR briefly, and while I loved the design and build quality, the display was really subpar. And locked bootloaders are of the devil. I had Verizon switch it out for the Nexus. I'm quite happy with it.

Currently waiting to see how long my unlimited LTE data plan with Verizon will keep me happy enough to stay with them. I'll probably jump ship to T-Mobile eventually if Google doesn't start something of its own.

refuji, we don't judge you by your phone bro. You're a cool dude with or without a smartphone. ;) ..|

Gahh! I wish they'd restock the Nexus 4 already so I can buy it already! Really frustrating.

It doesn't look like a bad phone, but the lack of both a MicroSD slot AND a removable battery is a deal-breaker for me. Google's flagships are losing the features that set them apart from the iPhone.

I have an Xperia Arc S, upgraded from Gingerbread to ICS. It is lush.

I'm a tech freak but lately I'm starting to get tired of all in one smartphones, I prefer to use a tablet to all that and the phone for the essential, phone, messages, music, camera and maps, all that with a good battery life. So I exchanged my beautiful Prada 3.0 phone for the super camera phone Nokia pureview 808 as my main phone and I use the Prada for my secondary number, it's a shame because the Prada is really a beauty but I need more battery, and being a photographer, the 808 is a piece of a kind.

iPhone 4 - I love it and hate it all at the same time! Potentially one of the worst mistakes I've made technology wise. I hate touch screens, and I knew this when I got it, but my friends all told me that Blackberry and RIM were dying, and to jump ship to the iPhone and how I would get used to the touch screen in time.

Almost 2 years later... and I still haven't got used to the touch screen. Lol. I am considering going back to a Blackberry when my contract ends... but who knows. I do like the phone for some stuff - it's much better for general web browsing, music and videos than my old Blackberry - but I preferred texting, e-mails, Twitter and such like on my old BB.

Sigh.
