I got up, and posted in the First Post thread before piggy
 
I am getting ready for my train ride to Boston, may be later tonight
 
I stayed very calm and still until my five-hour anxiety attack faded, so I wouldn't inflict paranoid, irritable behavior on anyone.

And yes, there are medications for those attacks, but my physician keeps saying I don't need them. Maybe this one will change his mind.
 
I got to class only 15 minutes late :) thats very good for me.
 
I went to Boston to the eye clinic. I was poked, proved, pictured, scanned, blood drawn, die added to my blood for more pics.
 
Made my bed and laundered the sheets and pillow cases.
Cleaned my office.
Wrote my sermon.
Calls some people who are home sick.
Took my neighbors garbage bin into her garage.
