ID Help What Video is this graphic image from?

I don’t know if this is correct, but I put both pics through a reverse image search engine and the only page I find them on claims the pic is from Gay Hoopla. The page, which is in a language I can’t read, features many images which definitely are from Gay Hoopla, some that definitely aren’t, and some that might be, and I think yours are in the third category, but you must judge for yourself.
My immediate thought was that the guy on top looks like Chad Conners or Connors after he muscled up. He was a ‘90s star as a college boy type who later totally changed his look as a huge tattooed bodybuilder. I loved his earlier form and don’t care for the other, so I haven’t seen those videos and it just might be him... but that’s just a guess.
