What was the last concert you went to?

Sweet
Molly Hatchet
April Wine.....last night......killer show

Last night, on the Atlantic City Boardwalk.
The feature act was The Cowsills! OMG, it's the 1960's? But Bob, Paul, and Susan Cowsill are still making music, and they're entertaining.
They admit that since they only had about 5 hits, they have to perform other peoples' songs to fill a set. But they've curated well and do a good variety of songs. This was one of their own hits...even though it only rose to #17. But since I hadn't heard it in decades it actually thrilled me to hear this!

Opening was The Weeklings. They're known for their Beatles covers, which are excellent, but they have originals too. This is their latest...released in August 2025.

Last Friday I saw KC and the Sunshine Band. This was the second time seeing him in concert. At 74 he still sounds great! He put on some weight during covid but he can still move around the stage. His band is incredible! His dancers were great too! he sand all the hit songs as well as a new song too! He has a musical called Get Down Tonight coming to London's West End. Hopefully the show makes it to Broadway and a National Tour! The show is about his life! He is also such a great person too! He is touring the country and also internationally too!

If you get the chance go see him!

Chase Brown at the Las Vegas Pride festival 10/18. He opened with this song. And he did amazing things with a ladder, too...

Tuesday 11/4/25, The Pie Shop, Washington DC. It's a local favorite bakery, with a bar and performance space upstairs.

Cameron Hawthorn opened. Although he looked hot country, in black with black cowboy hat, his music had the crowd dancing.

The crowd? About 50 ostensibly gay men. That's all. Hmmm...!
Bright Light Bright Light headlined. He always gives a great show, and has so many songs he did one I didn't recognize and I'm a HUGE fan.

He performed this song, written in memory of a cat. (He assured us he has a new cat and is fine )

"Back to Amy," an Amy Winehouse tribute by Su Teesrs and her band. Go see it!

The opening act was Caroline Quinn. She performed this.
