i just got copies of the princess diaries, monsters inc., the cat in the hat, and scooby-doo 2 from my sister. I've got Stargate: SG-1 season 8 on order on Amazon along with The Addams family and addams family values.
 
"Voyage To The Bottom of the Sea" and "Fantastic Voyage" double feature. Good special effects in both movies. Got 'em this weekend along with "Monty Python's 16 Ton Megaset" for some good British humor.

I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!! I've had it on DVD for like 3 years now and watch it ALL the time. Funny, it used to scare me so much, but my sister would always watch it. now I love it and it scares my sister. (she's 24)
 
I picked up a copy of Jarhead as well, I enjoyed the movie all in all. For BBM, I'm going to take my chances to pick it up on the release week. I've got a gift card waiting to be used for it.

I'm considering picking up "Good Night and Good Luck" this week.
 
I just picked up The Great Raid, Vanity Fair and Grizzly Man at Costco. Grizzly Man was killer (literally), Vanity Fair was good (I think, I can't decide really) and The Great Raid could have been so much better.

I purchased "Over There - Season 1" tonight. I'm in the midst of watching the second episode now.
 
I just bought "Crash" from deepdiscountdvd.com but I also plan to buy "Capote" this weekend and " Brokeback Mountain " when it is released ( which I can't wait!!!). There is another movie that came out this summer which in my opinion was a "sleeper" but it was an excellent war movie entitled "The Great Raid", so I'll probably get that as well.
