I mean i dont think it was a 100 miles but i actually walked it from my house all the way to his in the pouring rain just because i hadnt seen him in a long time. Then 3/4 way there i call him to ask him to meet me outside and he says "go away i never told you to walk her")

That wouldn't have been a deal breaker because he did it too.

It was more a case of you should never let someone know that you love them unless you know for sure that they love you too. Otherwise if they don't love you then they have power over you and take advantage of you knowing that no matter what they do you will never leave.

As I recall, his last words to me were I'll miss you, and I responded by saying that I would miss him too.

For the most part, it was true for a few weeks after we had split up, but I'm moved on and I believe he has as well, given that his somewhat random text messages from time to time have stopped.
