1) Move.

2) Buy property outright.

3) Buy a nice used car.

4) Bank the rest.

Down payment on a home with rental potential in my town. Actually, that wouldn't even be enough for a down payment .

That wouldn't even be enough to pay off all of my student loans...

You can't buy a decent studio in a nice neighborhood here for that money. I'd say move to Montana and build a mansion and you'll still have left overs for a nice BMW.

A 1-bed, 1-bath condo in my town costs $310k+. For a house, you are looking to double that cost. In MA, a 20% down payment on property is required for any jumbo loan (a loan over $417,000). There is a reason that when people leave New England to move somewhere cheaper, we are shocked at how much home you can get for so little.

1. Pay off some debt
2. Buy a car
3. Invest
4. Continue work on my full body tattoo (!)

1) build my home music studio with some brand new keyboards
2) give some of the half to my family:)
3) put it in the bank

:D

1. Pay off Debt.

2. Donate some to worthy charities .

3. Put the rest in the bank.

It would be just enough combined with the money I already have saved to buy a condo I've been eyeing with cash.

It it is cash I would buy a car, then save the rest for a house. If it wasn't cash I would buy a car, then have to live off of it.

1) pay off my car
2) pay off my bills
3) pay off my college bills, and put the rest of my tuition aside
4) help my bf get a car
5) help a couple of close friends and family members who are a little financially strapped.
6) add the rest to my retirement fund.

If I was given $100-G's or won the money I'd give 10% to my Church and I'd give half of what's left to my Mother...

(P.S. Huntneo...$100,000 ain't a lot to work with..You could've said $1-million..Damn...LOL)

1) Pay off my student loans

2) Buy myself a new vehicle. New to me, not necessarily brand new.

3) Buy my hubby a couple of cool keyboards I know he's been wanting.

4) Give my mom some for helping me through 'rough patches'.

5) bank the rest ..|

Hmm..
well I'm going to answer this my friend.
I often fall asleep dreaming about me winning a lottery.. far more that the $100,000 one though
And Im not greedy.. I just figure in my thoughts that I'd like to have $20 million after taxes and such.
And you know what?
You are one of those that come to mind.
I do tihnk about his huntneo... And I figured in my dream, well that I'd have to figure out taxes and all.
But you are one that I'd share much of it with.. no lie here (well you know me well enough to realize I don't lie).
So my thought is I'd give you a lump sum or give you like $15K a year for many years.
Also my buddy David that is a diabetic.. he has to get Medicad so not sure if he could get money without cutting off his funding.. but I'd figure it out..
All he'd need is like $1000 per month.

I've got a friend from jub named Steely.. he is not on here much anymore but we still keep in touch.. he and his family need some help.. I'd give them $2000 per month. (or whatever they needed).

I have a freind I met via jub, lives in North Carolina.. he is a very smart young man, his family is not rich by any means.. but he is so smart, very well written.. and I think the world of him.. I'd pay for his college education.. he wants to go to college.. and he'd do very good there. He lives in a small town and cannot find a job..
I'd pay for his college (provide he gave me his grades to be sure he was doing th work).
Have a friend in Texas.. a talented young man that is good with music..
HIs parents don't have much money, not sure he'd be good at college.. but he has an amazing talent for drawing.. he'd do good at a music/ art school..
I'd pay his way.

I'd set up a trust for my neices and nephews to help them get a home.

also I'd like to give $500,000 of my money to the local gay community center.. they do very good work here.

None of my 'real life' friends need anything at all. they are all very successful in life..
But there are many folks I"ve met via jub that could use a bit of help.

I wish I could realize my dream and win all that money in order to give them a hand.
Yep, that is sometimes how I fall asleep at night.. thinking about winning a huge amount of money and offering it to so many good guys that could use it.

Pay off my student loan, buy a house without getting a mortgage! get a new car, then save the rest!

Just a side note about coming into a lot of Cash...If you can't manage &/or budget $100 Dollars then you won't know what to do with $100,000 or $100-Million...

That's just the way it is...Having more money is not going to make you Smarter & more Responsible...

It would be enough to quit my job, do a bit of travelling to consider my options then go back to college to study something useful.
