The Election of 2035 occured in 2035. It was one of the most widely known elections. They decided to move the year of the election to 2035 instead because they just felt like it.

I've been saying "2025" for well over two years now, maybe even three. My vote is from a USA-centric point of view, however. It's a little harder to ascertain a world view.
2025, because if Biden gets re-elected, the MAGAts could very easily declare civil war internally, and guess who has nearly all the AR-15s and such?
I hope that I'm entirely wrong. 2024 may determine the path, but nobody elected for a new term for anything will be serving that term in office until 2025.
