  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

Whatcha gonna do with your tax return this year?

Return? You are assuming too much... oh, sorry, you meant this thread is only for those who will get a return.
Hookers... ah! hard to find the right ones.

Everybody who pays taxes gets a return. Or I should say, is REQUIRED to file a return. There's no guarantee they will get refunds.

As has been said the return is simply the form one fills out around this time of year. Here in the US the return has to be filed with the IRS by April 15 or there are fees for filing late. Most people, especially if they are expecting a refund, like to get it filed as soon as possible. That way they get their REFUND sooner.

Those that are expecting to owe more in taxes tend to hold off until the last minute as they'll need to send in a check or credit card payment with their return.

That's what I said: you don't know what I did last year

No that is not what you said. You were equating the return (the form filed at the beginning of the year to sum up income for the previous year, claiming what you should owe in taxes for the year in hopes of getting a REFUND) with an actual refund. The two are not the same thing. Hopefully the return leads to a refund, but not always.

That's right. And I know. Glad you people can speak in proper terms about something, because you people usually just mix whatever with whatever as if distinctions didn't matter... ah, of course, it was about the Tax Man, otherwise...
In any case, I was trying to say that I do not have to file anything for last year because, you know...

What, you were dead? So you are now either zombie or vampire? Just so you know neither is deductible. And in both cases you are precluded from deducting "medical expenses" as such are no longer a concern. Best get your return filed. :telstra:

He's so kcjwtte: is he was just a bit fitter and well-groomed...

But why are you all talking about taxes and filing returns  when this thread was supposed to be about hos and coke?

And nobody even hinted what I'd be traveling for. But due to a bad hooker experience in a certain Western Canadian city (not Vancouver) and my general disdain for drugs...use your imagination.
