Even bigger than the scam of privatised healthcare is the massvie scam of rent rises.
You may have noticed the following.
Interest rates rise, rent goes up.
Interest rates fall, rent goes up.
Unemployment is high, rent goes up.
Unemployment is low, rent goes up.
International relations improve, rent goes up.
International relations worsen, rent goes up.
The weather is hot, rent goes up.
The weather is cold, rent goes up.
There is an underlying theme here, can you spot it?

Look at how taxes rachet always up. No matter what happens.
Oh, sure, "only X amount maximum increase in tax rates a year" sounds good. But they, the fucking government at all levels, get around that by saying your property is suddenly worth twice of what it was last year. See.... they didn't raise taxes.
