What's for dinner tonight?

Tonight we'll be having pasta with brussels sprouts, potatoes, and guanciale ( Italian bacon made from smoked pork jowl). I know it sounds weird, but we love it!. We'll have it with the rosemary bread my hubby made yesterday, and probably something with the blackberries I picked this afternoon for dessert.
 
Fresh green beans smothered with potatoes, ham and smoked cajun sausage.

Corn muffins.

Not low cal but damn good!
 
Had eggs and bacon for breakfast, a hamburger and fries for lunch, and a 16 oz steak for dinner. I can feel the high blood pressure :)
 
I just made salad with home made garlic vinegarette tossed with a bit of grated Pecorino Romano cheese. To die for!

Now, what's for the next course?
 
Chicken and Greek Salad

My partner is cooking :D
 
Tonight is pork chops with garlic and fresh rosemary and parsley from my herb garden... :gogirl:

Plus, an Asian noodle and snap pea salad with grated ginger.

(thank God my gym stays open 'til midnight on weekends... ;))
 
Tonight we're having:

Salad (lettuce from farmer's market,cherry tomatoes and chinese cucumbers from our garden
Spicy Grilled Prawns
Risotto with fresh corn and peppers from the garden
oh,yeah and some cheap red wine!
