Well, I had a sandwich for lunch, but this evening I'm having liver with fava beans and a nice chianti. A friend of mine gave me the recipe. I hope I get it right. He's not available anymore to give it to me again.
I would rather remember breakfast, as I made it and I didn't make my lunch.
It was a three-egg omelette sauteed in butter, filled with sharp cheddar, and a side of crisp bacon with a split English muffin, buttered and spread with blackberry jelly.
I do love eggs.
If I ate all that for breakfast, I wouldn't want anything else for the rest of the day!
sis what the eff is cold prime rib? like you cook it and then refrigerate it? I would be interested if I didn't have an aversion to anything with bones in it. no lie I didn't try wings til I was 31. I'm one of those people who takes three bites off a porkchop and I'm done. Something about meat with a bone in it grosses me out. all the meat I buy is boneless.
