I always liked the name Hudson, thought it sounded strong (Plus I love the movie Hudson Hawk, and am from near the Hudson Valley area in NY), and the 402 is from one of my rooms back in college. :-)

alister is a nickname my first boyfriend gave me. It's just stuck since then. the number was suggested by yahoo IM and I've used it on all my user names so I can remember them.

The Blackbeltninja is my alter-ego Alexei's preferred on-line name.

He figured that using my traditional board nick - Jennan2x, the x changing from year to year depending on my age at registration - was too lame to go ahead this time on JUB and forced me to use something more nefarious and descriptive of who I am and what I do.

Believe it or not, all this is only slightly untrue.
