Roast pepper (red, yellow and green), onion and courgette with some feta cheese and fresh home-made wholemeal bread. Yum.

Yeah, I'm a dark choco guy myself. If the first ingredient on the label is sugar (such as in Hershey's "dark" chocolate), I don't buy it.
