  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

What's more derogatory?

I don't know. In the last two years, ive taken so much shit, and a few punches, to make me frequently think, "fucking breeders", and lately, ive been saying it out loud.

I don't hang out with the crowd at work after hours for those reasons. The other day one of the cooks says to the sous-chef "I love you" as a joke (funny) and the sous-chef goes all hyper-girly and responds in like (not so funny). I am sensitive, but even if I wasn't, I would still derive from that joke that they think we are a bunch of girly fags. (I wish I could joke around by impersonating a breeder, but saying pussy and beer in every sentence doesn't make for good humour...) Jokes aren't that big a deal but there are tons of other comments that wear my out in a day at work.

Whatever, straights don't see homophobia because they don't receive it, they hand it out, and since half the breeders dish it out regularly, it feels normal to them. I don't think i've made any new breeder friends at all lately, and im perfectly fine with that. I'm just sick of their mentalities, I need friends a bit more like me (us).

I think dissing breeders (ones with redneck mentalities) is perfectly fine and well deserved. It's prolly the only way Ill take back a bit of self respect.

i think yer leaving something out of that story, because i'm just not getting it

Not really. Im sorry that you don't get it. This is the kind of exchange that goes on frequently at work, (when im not around). The only reason I know this is because a newish coworker of mine who is a lesbian tells me about these happenings. (She doesn't feel alienated at work for the obvious reason that straight guys have no problems with two girls getting it on...but if I made out with a guy at work there'd be a shitstorm).

The point is theyre fucking hypocrites. They are nice or say nothing at the least, to your face, and when you're not there that's when they talk nasty about you, that's when you and I become the butt of their jokes...

Whatever, im trying hard to not give a shit, because it goes on everywhere.
