I think it's probably no difference than the sex everyone else does. In front of the camera is just work for pornstars
 
I think it depends on their sex drive. I bet for some sex has become boring and they have to constantly think of ways to spice it up. And for some it probably no difference at all.
 
A lot of guys who do porn really like sex and so they have healthy personal sex lives. One problem, however, is that sometimes they have to put off sex in their personal life in order to be able to perform (think cumshot) on film.

A friend of mine dated a porn star for a few months, and he never complained of a boring sex life.

The guy mostly bottomed in movies, but he was (according to my friend) mostly a top off-screen.
 
The one thing that the guy I dated and several of my friends have said -- it is much easier having sex when you aren't making a movie. When you're doing it for the camera, you have to worry about make-up and looks, you have to "edge" to build a load, you have camera guys and sound guys following your moves in the bedroom -- some of whom may not be your type, you have a script or theme to follow; it isn't all passion and hot.

So for some, it may be more passion in the bedroom when there isn't a crowd....
