Upon first coming out (ongoing process of course), I shared with one of my older gay friends my concern over shifting from my old lifestyle to a more LGBT one.

His advice? "Fake it 'til you make it."

i didn't listen to him but the priest said i shouldn't tell my wife of 35ish years that i was gay
