What's the LAST movie that you saw for the FIRST time?

Little Miss Sunshine last week...which was my first since Superman Returns. I'm not much of a movie guy. :)

Lex

The Abandoned...and wow wee that thing was weird. I might have to sleep with a couple nightlights on tonite..just for extra security sake.;)

Saw Dreamgirls a couple of weeks ago. Not bad but I knew very little about it going in. Didn't even know that it was a musical. All I knew was that it starred Eddie Murphy, Beyonce & Jennifer Hudson. Beyonce and Jennifer sang great in the movie.

I just finished Mounlin Rouge (a musical, what a surprise you say). Although I am not one for musicals I thought it was pretty good...very interestingly done.

I just watched Thumbsucker. It was odd like the book, but it seemed like they cut out the entire story and just left the angst.

There's a book?! Thanks.....I saw the movie and enjoyed it, but we all that most times the book>>>the movie

Thanks for the replies. I'll be adding most if not all of these movies to my Netflix queue......

The book is by Walter Kirn. It's been out for several years.

I saw Breach last weekend. It was very well done. I highly recommend it. Ryan Phillippe is hot as usual.

Beautiful Thing

I've had it on my computer for months but never got around to watching it - I finally did on Monday night, it really is a beautiful movie.

Believe it or not, I have never seen the original Disney's Peter Pan. I rented the 2-disc dvd that just came out and saw it for the first time!
NOTE: I never knew Tinkerbell was such a jealous bitch in the movie LOL!

Finally saw IMAGINE ME AND YOU in which Piper Perabo leaves Matthew Goode for a woman. Loved how funny it was.. but to leave Matthew.. I dunno. Could someone tell him to call me PLEASE!!!

The Return. I enjoyed it. But then again, Sarah Michelle Gellar was in it, so i had no choice but to.

gee... had to think... but Brokeback Mountain was the last movie. Guess I have some catching up to do.... tough working the night shift.. don't get out much

Bump!!

I recently watched City of God...good movie, that is, if you like the gangsta movie genre. I think it's based on a true story...two reasons to watch: Jonathan and Phellipe Haagensen

Groundhog Day. I really liked it, too.

I don't know why it took 14 years to get around to watching it...
