^ Sardines are quite healthy for you.
I'm pretty sure that it helps my skin. I've been plagued with overly dry skin (which chaps painfully in colder months, no matter how careful I am), pretty much my entire life. It still happens, but not as much, and the vinegar is the only really different thing I've done.
