That is for sure, 20's are rather cold also, and it was windy as hell today

16 in Northern NJ now.

I think your winter just arrived, at least part of it did. I hear that the other part of your winter is now in Mailibu, where it snowed today!!!

Right, Mr Bush, no global warming!!..|

This is just wrong -- it's colder north, south, and east of us than it is here!

People are laughing about global warming because of all this cold. What they don't understand is that heat is energy, and putting more energy into a dynamic atmospheric system makes air masses move around more energetically, which means Artic air is more likely to move south farther than before.
I don't mind that, but can't it stay cold long enough for the lakes to freeze and we can go ice skating?!

Today it is double yesterday's temperature at this time. It is 14 F.

29F in NJ. Last nite, CSI, NY was on. They must have filmed it in LA, because they had a snow storm. Not in NYC yet this winter, but it may do it on Saturday. 1st snowfall of the winter occurs in January? Nothing wrong? yeah right.

37 here in Farmerville, Louisiana. Governer Blanco declared my Parish under a 'state of emergeny' yesterday from the potetnial floods. Read more in my blog and for pictures of the D'arbonne spillway. If it stops raining in La the flood potential will go away. But, the rain hasn't stopped so the chance still lingers of some minor to major flooding. Its quite a mess through all the northern La D'arbonne bayou's, but some of the excess water has withdrawn. Blanco knows alot about flooding i guess lol.

It's 38F & sunny. It snowed last nite, 1st time this winter.
Weather channel says it will be very windy tomorrow. Gale force.
