I've always been fascinated how clean anal intercourse is on most porn sites. I mean you see guys on SC, CF and CM get plowed for long periods of time by big dicks and everything is clean as a whistle no matter how hard the plowing. As we all know that is not always true in real life - ever if you prep yourself - sometimes accidents happen.

I'm sure they do a thorough cleaning, but I don't think they do much more than everyone else.
You have to keep in mind these things are being filmed and then edited. A lot of the guys take pills to keep an erection for hours. So, it wouldn't be surprising that, if something nasty happened, which probably has at some point, they just stop, clean it up, and then resume filming, and it's all removed from the final product.
