I'm all about the one and only all-purpose shoe..... Ya its mashing my feet and compacting my spine... but its the price I pay not to be a metrosexual with a different pair of shoes for every occasion.....

So what? if I wear dirty sneakers with my suit.... ??

Fashion police aint got nuttin on me.
 
Size 14 EEE here, a local store orders them special for me
when I need them.
I find I have trouble driving, especially manual transmissions,
I hit all three pedals at once, and sometimes going from
throttle to brake I'll get hung up on the lower dash or the
steering column...
Most often Chippewa work boots, sometimes Carolinas.
I'm 6'5" or 6'6" and 280-ish., and my endowment is only
average, maybe SLIGHTLY over.

Hmm, perhaps not..... ;)

Size 11 here. I've got about 12 pairs of shoes, and not because I'm a fashion whore. There are times I have to wear a suit for work (gag) and I can't exactly go into a business meeting with a suit and sneaks, so I have a couple pair of dress shoes. I've got running shoes (y'know, for boating ;) ) and casual sneakers and sandals, as well as a couple of pairs of dockers.
 
I wear 9 ½ or sometimes a 9. I have very high arches and need wide shoes, so finding what's comfortable is not that easy. I also found out years ago since I'm left handed, I should always try on shoes for the left foot; they say it's a smidge larger if you're left handed.
 
Ladies= 8 1/2 narrow.

Mens =7. (I have a pair of out-grown cowboy boots from a male friend).
 
In London I used to visit a local gay pub that had drag on Sunday afternoons. One Sunday I wandered into the garden, pint in hand and saw an acquaintance, Steve, who was about 6'5'' sitting on one of the tables. He was dressed as Bo Peep in a crinoline, with a picture hat and white ringlet wig. He had his legs crossed and I noticed a high-heeled shoe jogging on the end of his projecting foot.

They equal ----44, 45,48.5---I do believe.
 
Size 14 here. Only one shoe store in town carries a decent selection for me.
