See, when you have facial surgery, it alters the texture of your skin in certain spots. On Sr. Valentino, the "tanning" dye settled more in the spots where his scars are, and around where his skin has been damaged by the sun before, but did not penetrate the skin around his nostrils (which is not designed to be seen, it's designed to lubricate the folds of the face with lanolin-like oils). And though there is wisdom in not applying the tan to the neck, where it would get even darker than it does around the face, one should never apply anything to the face without blending it into the ears and neck.
I'm sure he knew what he looked like, but didn't want to miss the event, so he just brazened it out...I would go out in public looking like a troll, too, if I got to stand next to Anne Hathaway. But for future, he either needs to accept his age or start wearing latex masks.

Its really cheap self tanning cream followed by really cheap bronzer.
All applied badly with a heavy, shakey hand. Look at the state of his hairline! You should put vaseline on your hairline before applying self-tan. Val demonstrates exactly why.
