I find I have a very set morning routine. Well, Monday to Friday anyway.

I take one of 2 vitamin pills, 3 of 6 full spectrum amino acid capsules, gingko, ginseng, Niacin and arginine.

For breakfast it's always a smoothie. Fruit of some kind, juice, and protein powder plus whatever else I find interesting like yogurt or flavored tofu.

You?

It depends. If I have total, I will eat total. This morning I had an ice cream cone. I haven't had ice cream in like 2 weeks which i why I ate it. I may even have another one, I'm not sure.

glass of milk then I wait for lunch.

I did the cereal thing for years but i just seem to be off it. And weekends typically i eat eggs.

Is total like vector? I like that cereal nutritionally but it has the texture of chewing on rocks and gravel. I always think my teeth are going to shatter when eating it.

The only routine thing about my breakfast is that i need my hot tea.

Everything else is random, but i DO think i should start taking some sort of vitamin supplements - mainly Iron and vitamin C.

GNC has excellent multi vitamins engineered specifically for men that aren't expensive. You take two a day. It's a great habit to get into. I take the mega series.

Eat a bowl of cereal (Chocolate Shreddies currently) with cold milk and drink a glass of fruit juice as quickly as possible and leave for work.

Well, first I wake up, then I get up, then I slam a few espresso shots and spend the next hour and a half slowly lapping nutrition out of boxerdudeuk's leaky dick.

Light. Whole-grain cereal with milk and a little fruit, not incredibly well-balanced, I suppose. I probably should eat a little more in the mornings.

Nah that's pretty balanced actually. Milk has 8g of protein per cup so you're getting a good spectrum in that meal.

Sometimes, I like to have eggs with sautéed black beans for some extra protein. English muffins are great, too but the gluten-free ones are so expensive. I need more variety!

Are you actually celiac or do you mostly avoid gluten for other reasons?

I take a multi-vitamin everyday.

I eat cereal when I have to go to the office in the mornings. Otherwise, I eat when I get around to it.

i have a coffee and either cereal, or an egg on a piece of toast, depends how much time i have. i don't take any vitamins.

Oatmeal porridge with raisins and milk, and a cup of coffee.

No routine aside from a liquid shit ton of local coffee.

Lately, I've been eating a lot of hash-brown potato tacos doused with El Yucateco's kutbil-ik nectar:

11,600 lovely scoville units strong. You could pour this stuff on a crusty sock and it would taste good. :luv:

Iron supplements are a bad idea unless your physician sprecifically prescribed it. In fact, most quality men's multivitamins do not include iron. There is a risk of iron toxicity.
