Since there's a big 90s revival happening, let's discuss the music side of the decade! There's so much to choose from.

Go!:gogirl:

I love the 90's so much good shit. This song is on my top 10 of all time. It just reminds me of my teenage years.

Vision of Love - Mariah Carey! Loved, still love and will always love that song! Such an incredible song and vocal performance.

"When do I get to sing My Way" by Sparks..a tale of a gay man trying to live a str8 lifestyle but wanting to find the courage to come out and be who he really is..gay (!)

Just like the "What's your favorite 80s song" thread this is a toughie as there are so many great songs to choose from but I've managed to come up with a small(ish) selection :D

In no particular order:

Wonderwall - Oasis
Rhythm Is A Dancer - Snap!
The Power - Snap!
Mr Vain - Culture Beat
Losing My Religion - REM
Nothing Compares 2 U - Sinead O'Connor
Missing - Everything But The Girl
Smells Like Teen Spirit - Nirvana
...Baby One More Time - Britney Spears
Killer - Adamski
Stay - Shakespear's Sister
Torn - Natalie Imbruglia
No Matter What - Boyzone
The Hearts Filthy Lesson - David Bowie
Enter Sandman - Metallica
My Favourite Game - The Cardigans
Sit Down - James
Hazard - Richard Marx
This Is How It Feels To Be Lonely - Inspiral Carpets
Vogue - Madonna (as well as several of her other songs)

90's baby! =D

Either Nice & Slow by Usher or Black & White by Michael Jackson.

Love music from the 90's! Hands down one of the best eras for contemporary R&B. Loved it all. For me anything by TLC:

It's way too difficult to name one favourite song of the 90s. There are so many...However, these are the ones, that I remember and like the most:

Aaliyah "Are You That Somebody" she was the IT girl
Aaliyah "If Your Girl Only Knew"
Ace Of Base "The Sign" (as annoying as it was, it's still a great pop tune)
Ace Of Base "All That She Wants"
Nirvana "Come As You Are"
Nirvana "Smells Like Teen Spirit"
The Verve "Bittersweet Symphony"
Technotronic "Pump Up The Jam"
Salt'n'Pepa "Push It"
Reel 2 Real "Conway" and "Go On Move"
Snap "Rhytm Is A Dancer"
Naughty By Nature "Hip Hop Hooray" - they're not doing songs like this anymore
Jennifer Lopez "If You Had My Love" - not really my kind of music, but still a great one
2 Pac "Dear Mama " - one of the best songs I've ever heard
Dr Alban "Sing Hallelujah"
Carlos Santana "Smooth"

I could go on like this forever. As I've said, there are too many great songs and artists from that period.

sorry for my poor English.

I forgot all about The Verve! #-o And "All That She Wants" is a great song :-)

Your English is fine ..|

Great tunes!

Thank you :D I loved the early work of Oasis, but not their later stuff as much.

I love 90's music! I miss that decade sooooo frickin much! My favorite song from the 90's has to be a Mariah Carey song. It's probably 'Butterfly' since I consider that my favorite song of all time.

Three words. Ace. Of. Base. I was INSANE for Ace of Base in the 90s. I still am!

By far their best songs in the 90s:

And just for good measure, something new :)

"I want it that way" by BSB was my favorite. There were a ton of great songs in the 90's.

It's a tie between Notorious BIG's "Hypnotize," and Mariah Carey's "My All."

Then there are goodies like Monica's "The First Night," and Timbaland's "Up Jumps Da Boogie."

I love 90s music! I grew up in the 90s so it's hard to choose just one song. So here are a few of my favorites.

Doo Wop (That Thing) - Lauryn Hill
No Diggity - Blackstreet
Too Close - Next
This Is How We Do It - Montell Jordan
Fu-Gee-La - The Fugees
Mo Money Mo Problems - Notorious B.I.G.
My Boo - Ghost Town DJs
Love You Down - Inoj
Return Of The Mack - Mark Morrison
Twisted - Keith Sweat
Another Night - Real McCoy
Weak - SWV
You Make Me Wanna... - Usher
Don't Speak - No Doubt
Waterfalls - TLC
Torn - Natalie Imbruglia
Sweet Dreams - La Bouche
And pretty much anything done by Mariah Carey in the 90s.
