What's your favorite pizza toppings?

I have a baking stone in the oven that works great with pizza. I make my own dough, spread some homemade tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Bake it at 500 degrees F. When it comes out of the oven, I finish it with homemade pesto and a sprinkle of Peccorino Romano Cheese.
 
I make my own pizza on my big green egg...we like
Chicken sausage and broccoli rabe
Roasted red pepper with goat cheese and mozzarella
Roasted eggplant and garlic with mozzarella
Cheese burger pizza with a fixins bar that includes pickles, tomato, onion anything you might like on your cheese burger...
 
Love wood fire baked.

I love almost all toppings although not a fan of anything sweet on my pizza.
 
I like what we would call the Greek (with feta cheese) and Turkish (with shoarma meat) pizza. I also like all sorts of vegetarian pizzas and I tend to add maize to the weirdest things (on bread, in soup, with steak...) so yeah, that usually goes on a pizza as well.
 
Thin crust, light on the sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, extra cheese, red pepper flakes, oregano and a sprinkling of kosher salt.
