What's Your Favourite Type Of Meat ?

For me it's a nice slab of Sirloin Steak.

Nothing like tucking into a good piece of meat and having all the juices dribbling down your chin.

Alright, that one is damned difficult to top. Currently it's bison, but I'm a big fan of seafood. Calamari is great.

I love sea food, crab and lobster are great. When it comes to land animals it's pork, I love ribs and pork shoulder.
