As an Aussie, one good fallback insult is "nah you're a dickhead, mate".

"Nah" tends to dismiss or reject whatever has just happened as bad, stupid or unacceptable.

"Mate" is a universal honorific and signifies our egalitarian nature. You might be a dickhead but we're still equals.

"Dickhead" may seem old fashioned or lacking imagination but to Australians, to call someone a dickhead is a mid level insult that suggests they have some redeeming qualities. It's sometimes the case that we call our mates "dickhead" and our dickheads "mate".
